When you turn off of the main road and enter the driveway you are presented with a place that is much more than just a home. It’s a gathering place full of memories, town history, and endless opportunities outdoors.
This our take on a real estate film. We chose not to focus on the number of rooms or square footage, but instead celebrate the moments and features that the selling owner cherished. Through subtle references to the selling points of the property in addition to candid footage of the home in actual use, we aimed to show buyers the potential experiences that they could have and also invite them to create their own memories. This film was used by a private realtor as a feature of their listing.
